Dilip, I dont know if anyone has ventured past the road that leads from the Western Express highway towards the Grand Hyatt/Kalina & I'm not sure what the authorities are thinking - the side of the road is piled high - 12 feet or more, with consecutive mountains of garbage and bags of rotting rice & grain, there used to be a carcass of a rotting buffalo on friday in the same place, not sure if that was taken away before the rest of the garbage was dumped. I really want to know who allowed this particular location to be designated as a dump. That road gets flooded anyway, can you imagine the consequences of that kind of garbage floating on to the road & the rest of the area, not to forget the risk of posed to people who may have to wade in that water.
